Aviation is highly regulated and compliant in health, safety and security - and all our teaching and training reflects this. Through feedback and results, we are finding our Courses to be extremely beneficial for front-line employees to grow their knowledge and skills in all foundation areas. Our Leadership Workshop, our popular Assessing in Industry (4098) micro-credential and new Critical Skills Modules (coming soon) are valuable to all hands-on, practical front-line employees and assist staff to effectively communicate with others in the workplace - essentially improving overall team capability, positivity, understanding and productivity. We offer all our Courses in Tauranga in our Classroom, Hangar 8 Aerodrome Road, but can also offer all Courses within your workplace. Usually we take 8 to 10 learners per Course to enable a productive learning environment.
We are now offering our Courses to all front-line industry employers and employees, using industry- specific examples provided by each industry client before each Course delivery.
