Leadership Workshop Series

Leadership Workshop Series

All our courses reflect an industry that is highly regulated and compliant in health, safety and security. We have found our Leadership Courses to be highly valuable to our aviation front-line workers, and as such JNPAT is now offering the Leadership Workshop Series to all industries.

These Courses are valuable to all hands-on practical front-line employees that are trained to meet industry specific SOPS, but  are not often provided with the training to enable effective communication in diverse teams and as new leaders.

Leadership Workshop Series is a short workshop that provides learners with valuable skills and knowledge to implement effective and supportive leadership in a team setting and in the workplace as whole.

FEEDBACK FROM OUR LEARNERS:

"Even though I have been a leader for some time I learnt a lot around different leadership styles and Health and Safety"
"Course material was great and very informative, learnt a lot"
"Great experience with the facilitators as it was good to mix up each day, so we are not listening to the same voice every day"
"It was delivered at a good pace and mixed up with not being inside all day (terminal visit, outside activities etc)"
"I appreciate that there were more than one tutor and each provided their own teaching styles. Thank you"
