What an amazing achievement! Nine Māori JNP Aviation employees graduating from the Te Puni Kōkiri Aviaiton Cadetship . This has been a massive learning curve for Ground Operations company JNP Aviation Management Team, "We have learnt that despite been strong advocates of what we are trying to implement, to action successful workplace learning is still difficult. As such the Operations Team has met repeatedly with JNP Aviation Training Instructors to ensure the Operations Managers are supporting the Cadets  to get their Cadetship completed. This is a huge shift. In addition, the buzz of the ‘lucky’ Cadets and their opportunity has meant other employees are wanting to be able to have the same opportunity. This drive from employees is also exciting"

We are extremely proud of our students, and JNP Aviation employees, to graduate from the New Zealand Certificate in Aviation (level 3) and the Leadership Micro-credential (level 3).
