What a fantastic team of learners and TPK Aviation Cadets - JNP Aviation employees we have had through the Leadership Course level 3. Experienced educators, Melanie Cottingham, Bridget Grave and Dave Jenner provided the team with new skills and knowledge around leaders and leadership, diversity in the workplace, responding to negative feedback, problem solving, communication, health and safety culture and practices.
