The lights are ON! JNP Aviation Training's waka rererangi (training ATR aircraft) is on track for movement to the apron at Tauranga Airport, early 2025. Alex from Electrical Works Ltd completed the light work on the aircraft last week. Next step is to source funding to get our logo and the Māori and Pasifika decals to be applied to the exterior. Exciting times.

We are so grateful to Classic Flyers, for all their hard work, advice and expertise. Their work and involvement on the aircraft has been invaluable. We look forward to seeing this training tool used for training by Ramp operations, Emergency Services, Air New Zealand training and local Tauranga front-line teams - not to mention our Gateway classes.
